Ingredients

Black pepper (powdered) ⅛ teaspoon
Cheese ¼ cubed
Eggs 1 big
Garlic Cloves ½ piece
Oil ½ tablespoon
Oregano ½ teaspoon
Red pepper flakes ¼ teaspoon
Salt ⅛-¼ teaspoon as per taste
Tomatoes 1½ medium

Preparation

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degree Fahrenheit.

  2. 2. Chop the tomatoes lengthwise and keep them aside.

  3. 3. Peel off the garlic cloves, slice them and keep them aside.

  4. 4. Grate the cheese and keep it aside.

Cooking

  1. 1. Heat the oil in a pan and add tomatoes, garlic cloves, salt and black pepper to it. Cook the contents till the tomatoes turn soft.

  2. 2. Cool the mixture and transfer the contents in a blender jar. Blend the contents till you get a smooth tomato puree.

  3. 3. In an oven proof bowl, pour the tomato puree.

  4. 4. Now, crack an egg into the bowl. Add the ½ teaspoon oregano and ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes on top of the egg.

  5. 5. Sprinkle the grated cheese on top. Bake the contents for about 20 minutes.

  6. 6. For more servings, use different bowls and repeat the process.

  7. 7. Your dish is prepared and ready to be served.
