Ingredients

Carrot 2 medium
Ghee 2 tablespoon
Khoa 170 gram
Milk 1⅓ cups
Pistachios 4-5 pieces
Sugar ⅓ cup

Recipe

Preparation

  1. 1. Peel off the carrots. Grate them and keep them aside.

  2. 2. Crush the pistachios and keep them aside.

Cooking

  1. 1. Heat the carrots and milk in a saucepan or kadai.

  2. 2. Cook the contents on low flame for about 35 minutes.

  3. 3. Keep stirring the mixture till the milk is completely dried.

  4. 4. Add sugar to the mixture and mix the contents till the sugar is dissolved completely.

  5. 5. Now, add ghee to the mixture. Mix the contents and cook them for 6-7 minutes.

  6. 6. Add khoa and cardamom powder to the mixture. Mix the contents well.

  7. 7. Garnish with pistachios and mix the contents well.

  8. 8. Your dish is prepared and ready to be served.
