Ingredients

Almonds ½ tablespoon
Carrot 200 gram
Cashew nuts ½ tablespoon
Desi ghee 2 tablespoon
Khoa 20 gram
Milk 200 ml
Raisins ½ tablespoon
Sugar 2¾ tablespoon

Recipe

Preparation

  1. 1. Peel off the carrots. Grate them and keep them aside.

  2. 2. Crush the almonds and cashew nuts. Keep them aside.

  3. 3. Soak the raisins in water for about 15 minutes.

Cooking

  1. 1. Heat the carrot in a kadai. Add milk and sugar to the mixture and cook the contents on low flame for about 45 minutes.

  2. 2. Keep stirring the mixture till the entire sugar is dissolved and milk is completely dried.

  3. 3. Add khoa and desi ghee to the mixture. Cook the contents for about 10 minutes.

  4. 4. Garnish with crushed almonds, cashew nuts and raisins.

  5. 5. Your dish is prepared and ready to be served.
