Ingredients

Almonds 2
Choco sprinkles ¼ teaspoon
Cow Milk 200 ml
Green cardamom (Powdered) A pinch
Lemon Juice ½ tablespoon
Milk 100 ml
Paneer 120 grams
Pistachios 2 pieces
Powdered sugar 1 tablespoon
Sugar 1⅗ tablespoon or as per taste

Recipe

Preparation

  1. 1. Crumble the paneer. Break it and keep it aside.

  2. 2. In a saucepan, add the milk and sugar. Cook the contents till the contents of the water have reduced to half. Keep this mixture aside.

  3. 3. Chop the almonds lengthwise and keep them aside.

Cooking

  1. 1. In a non-stick pan, add the paneer and boiled milk mixture. Mix the contents well.

  2. 2. Grind the contents till you get a smooth mixture.

  3. 3. Transfer the mixture into the non-stick pan and cook the contents on medium flame till the contents start to thicken and do stick to the pan.

  4. 4. Cook the contents till the mixture starts to bind together. Allow the mixture to become hard.

  5. 5. Once the mixture turns hard turn off the flame.

  6. 6. Divide the mixture into small portions. Use your hands to make round balls from each portion. Flatten the ball with your hands.

  7. 7. Place one piece of chopped almonds at the center of each piece

  8. 8. Your dish is prepared and ready to be served.
