Ingredients

Black pepper (powdered) ⅛ teaspoon
Chilli sauce ¼ tablespoon
Coriander leaves ½ of a stick
Cumin powder ½ tablespoon
Dry red chilli ½ piece
Eggs 1 big
Garlic Cloves 2 pieces
Green Spring Onions ¾ piece
Oil ½ teaspoon
Red Chilli (Powdered) ⅛ teaspoon
Salt ⅛ teaspoon as per taste
Tomato ketchup ¼ tablespoon
Vinegar ¼ tablespoon

Preparation

  1. 1. Chop the coriander leaves, garlic and green onions. Keep them aside.

  2. 2. Boil the eggs. Peel off the outer layering of the eggs, chop them and keep them aside.

Cooking

  1. 1. Heat the oil in a pan and add the garlic cloves to it. Cook the contents till you get golden colour on all sides of garlic.

  2. 2. Break the red chilli into the mixture. Stir the contents once.

  3. 3. Add cumin powder, red chilli powder, vinegar and salt to the mixture. Cook the contents for 4-5 minutes.

  4. 4. Now, add green onions, chilli sauce, black pepper powder, tomato ketchup and some water to the mixture. Cook for 5-6 minutes.

  5. 5. Add the eggs to the mixture and cook the contents for 2-3 minutes.

  6. 6. Garnish with coriander leaves.

  7. 7. Your dish is prepared and ready to be served.
