Ingredients

Black pepper (powdered) ⅛ teaspoon
Eggs 4 medium
Mayonnaise 1½ tablespoon
Mustard ½ teaspoon
Red pepper flakes ¼ teaspoon
Salt ⅛ teaspoon

Preparation

  1. 1. Take the eggs in a saucepan. Add water (till the eggs are completely submerged in water) to it.

  2. 2. Cover the saucepan with a lid and boil the contents for 4-5 minutes.

  3. 3. Now, remove the saucepan from the flame and let it stand for about 10 minutes.

  4. 4. Crack the egg shells carefully. Peel off their shell. Dry them using paper towels and keep them aside.

Cooking

  1. 1. Cut the eggs into halves lengthwise. Remove the egg yolk from the eggs. Collect all yolk in another bowl.

  2. 2. Mash the egg yolk with a folk or spoon. Add mayonnaise, mustard, salt and black pepper to the mixture. Mix in the contents well.

  3. 3. Place the yolk mixture carefully over each of the egg white. Garnish each piece with chilli flakes.

  4. 4. Your dish is prepared and ready to be served.
